Hello,
i'm having trouble updating Facepanel Firmware on several Congos (Kid and Jr.)
When i power up the desk holding the "?" button, nothing happens, i don't see anything on the ML screen, no message "entering diagnostics mode" what so ever. then i see Windows starting and the welcome screen appear...
Did I miss something???
should i power up the desk and then right away press "?", or press the button and then power up?
I am a little confused. by the way, if there's no trouble with the master playbacks and running 6.3.2, do I really need to update the firmware?
