master pages

Can any one help understand how the master pages work . 

 

I record a pre-set  in one page and the same pre set is also on page 2 .

  • Master Pages are the settings for 20 masters.

    That means you can have the bottom bank of 20 on Page 1 and the top bank on Page 20.
    This is great for "common looks" on one bank and "per-scene" looks on the other.

    It will allow you to have both banks on the same Page - that's generally more useful in the Jam dual-preset masters mode than normal mode.

    Masters just "link" to Presets - so you can have the same preset on as many Masters (and Pages) as you want.
