We are currently running v6.3 on both of our consoles, Congo Jnr & Senior. Over the last day or two I have noticed that on loading previous shows, which were fine and working the previous day on the Senior, none of the devices seemed to be working. On further investigation and opening the Device list tab not one of our devices are there. I have literally had to load different shows many many times before I have any devices within the list. Some shows just wont show anything in the device list, so I think I shall have to abandon those.
This seems really strange especially as we know for definite the shows and devices were patched and working okay, up until just a few days ago.
Is this a known bug, or have we got bigger problems brewing? I'm going to try updating the software to the newest 6.4.1 version to see is this resolves it. But again it seems strange that the problem only appears to affect the Congo Senior, at the moment.
Any ideas?
