Congo Jr Master fader wing and Fader wing Not working

I am having toble with my wing (fader wing and master playback wing) on my Congo jr.
They are on diffirent console.
They turn on with the ETC Connect logo but thats it, nothing more. No fader works.

Is there a way to reset the wings or is it more of a problem.

I have tryed to connect them with the USB cable and as well have fixed it to the console.

Software version 6.1.0.9.0.49
Congo Jr face panel rev B (4320B2601REVB) v1.8
