Congo video card problems

Has anyone had issues where the system would have no video and just beeped?

We thought the problem was a bad video card. We removed it from the system and it started without any issues besides only having a single monitor. Our vendor had the same conclusion and sent us a new card, but after installing it we had the same problem. Hopefully someone else has had similar problems and been able to figure it out.

This might be an issue that you might want to contact ETC Phone support directly, or set up an evaluation back at the factory through your dealer.

Greg is correct. This is likely a series of settings in the BIOS that are not properly set. Please contact your nearest ETC Service Center for assistance in correcting these settings and arranging for any repairs if necessary.
