lost keyboard when saved update

we have a problem with our CONGO, we made an update and the keyboard Remained blocked it did not come out any more. I make a system logs file I join it

Which update did you apply? The logs show you as running v6.3.2 for the last couple of months, the latest version is 6.4.1

It also appears that your Congo Console facepanel is currently running the very old v1.0.0 firmware.

It should be updated to the current v1.3.01 (released with v5.1.0), the instructions for doing this are in the release note.

i made an update to version 6.3.2 there's Approximately 3 month. is it 6.4.1 version now? you think it can be my problem? can it be an USB port problem?
