Problem starting Congo Offline on PC

I have installed Congo offline V4.1 on a PC but the program does not manage to star up. When I try to run it the computer thinks about it for few seconds and then nothing.

PC spec as follows:
Acer Vertion X490G
Running Windows 7
Intel Core i34 CPU 550@3.2GHz
2GB RAM
32 bit operation system

Could I be missing a particular windows driver or add on to enable the program to run?

Hi,

For 6.4.1 to work, you need to have Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 installed. It is used by the help system. This isn't installed by default on newer machines.

In the next release of the software, this requirement has been eliminated.
