I discovered yesterday when i converted a strand show file to be used on a congo. stands effects information was not copied this ment that we had to spend more time on a touring production then we had.

will there be an update or is there an update that rectifies this problem

Unfortunately, everyone does effects differently and it is extremely difficult if not impossible to transfer them using ASCII from any console to another. This has always been a limitation of the ASCII format.
