Template for Chromlech-Jarag 5

There are two templates - "Jarag5 5 chan" for fixture version 1.2 and "Jarag5 6 chan" for v2.0

I've treated the 'effects' it does as Gobos as that seems to make the most sense:

• "Gobo" to select Sequences
• "Gobo Mode" to select Sequence Banks
• "Gobo <>" to set the Sequence Step/Rate
• "Gobo rot" to mirror and rotate the image for the 6-channel mode.
  
• "Beam Speed" to set Fade rate
  

In 25-channel mode, it should be patched as 25 dimmers.

In 31-channel mode, is should be patched as a "Jarag5 6 chan" followed by 25 dimmers.
