We currently have a Congo (software v6) we have just purchased an ion (sorry I don't know software version off the top of my head) but console is brand new we received it the end of last week during a show that was already up&running on our Congo. I saved a copy of the show on a thumb drive then tried to open it on the ion,but the show file was not showing up on the thumb drive on the ion. Tried saving Congo show file on thumb drive again and get a msg file already there. All files on Congo or .ASC and it looks like ions are all .ASCII What do I need to do to convert Congo's files so they can be loaded on the ion? Thanks, Michelle
