follow on..

hi just a quick comment..

im plotting a show, and we wanted preset 61.5 to follow on from 61.4, so went into time editor added a F with a time of a second and pressed modify. went into our main playback screen and instead of a F being on the preset there was an A, went into time editor again and checked it was definatly a F we made it, and it was but changed it again to make sure, went back in to main playback but it was still an A.

This is yhe first time its happened but ive done loads of followons on the desk.. we then went back a preset and ran itr all in time, and the A just randomly changed to a F and ran a followon like i had programmed.

Any reasons as to why it might have shown an A? anything i may have done? or maybe it was just a one off!?

thanks

claire

  • It sounds like the playback display just didn't update correctly.  This sort of thing tends to happen from time to time.  Usually the data is stored correctly but the display won't update properly until you run a cue or somehow force it to go and look for the information again.
