power source

Hi Congo Nation I've had a Congo since November and early this week the power source went out on it, making for a very expensive paper weight. Has that happened to anyone else? How common is a problem like this?

Hey Sroot,
We made some changes to the Congo power supplies late last year. We have had some trouble with them. In all my time working with control consoles - power supplies seem to always be one of the bigger troubles we face. You should call ETC tech services if you have not already. They will get you fixed up. Sorry for the trouble.
