Hi,
I'm using the v5.1.0 offline software on my mac running OSX 10.5.7 and I am unable to load a play file from USB or play archive with "No Media available" appearing in the message box.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Many thanks
Thom
Hi,
I think the problem with the Play Archive is that there is no Plays folder in the Applications/Congo folder. If you create one, it should work. This has been corrected in v6.
Congo for Mac doesn't support USB memories. The Browser is quite misleading on this. It is improved in v6 (currently in beta test).
You will need to manually copy the plays between the USB memory and the Plays folder.
