Just wanted to make a quick bug report for the Congo Offline Editor (V5) on an Macbook Pro (Core 2 Duo):
When opening the Inport Template Wizard, the processor usage goes 100% on both cores, and doing a ps at terminal shows syslogd to be squandering all the processor - forcing a reset of the mac
