Need to do a check on windows !!!!!

Hi all,

Been away for 2 weeks and come to switch on my congo and it say I have to do a CH check on windows system I think it said to delete a corrupt file, I'm not sure if my assistant has loaded anything on there whilst Ive been away, but how do I get into windows to do a scan.

Or can I just re-install the congo file.

Generally this request for disk checking appears during boot because the OS wasn't shut down properly. Once the flag is set in the OS, Windows will continue to prompt to check the disk each time the system is booted until such time as you let the scan occur. As Sarah recommends talk to T/S; they may know of a way to clear the flag.
