Swap 0 and C Buttons

I've recently swapped the 0 and C buttons, as it works better for me, and checked the box in system settings.  This only seems to swap the buttons when on the command line, and not in text entry mode.  I presume after so long with V5 this is a known bug.

    I tried this back a few versions.  If I remember correctly, I was told that it had to do with the XP keyboard assignments.  The command entry was able to do the swap, but the text entry still had the original keyboard mapping.

    So, yes,  it is a known problem.  The sense I got was that there wasn't a fix.  I swapped my keys back and got used to the 0 not being where I wanted it.
