I have a congo jnr running as a backup to a standard congo set so that the file transfers to the backup whenever saving a show. Over the last week i have had a few problems with the Jnr freezing when saving.
When i save the show the egg timer appears on both desks and the message 'sending play to backup'. These remain on the display for about 30 seconds during which i can't do anything. Eventually the Congo goes back to normal but the Jnr remains completely frozen and won't soft reset so I have to switch the power off at the back.
Both desks have recently been updated from v5.0.1 to 5.1 and i think this has only happened since then.
Any help is much appreciated, for now i will only send the file to the backup when finished
