Deleting Subfolders

I have subfolder that I want to get rid of on my congo jr. all of the material in the subfolder is gone. I have tried the delete button to no avail. I want them gone, any guess?

This isn't currently possible to do from within Congo. You have to do it from the Windows Explorer if you really want to get rid of the folder.

How would I do that? Through a network?

and they will help you go about deleting yoru subfolders.

they were of great help. The funny thing is that I did call once perhaps last year this time and they were not very helpful on this issue. I do not know if that is because of the version changes, or I just got a tech who did not know there console...but It is nice when you get a wonderful to get a hold of someone who knows their console.
