Just to clarify you select Ch 1 in the live window and the press + on the console, I just tried it and it does work.

You're right, in "AT Mode" that doesn't work anymore - as a workaround, you can use the [Next] and [Last] keys to do the same thing.
I've passed your concerns on to the software team, and no doubt Anders will be posting shortly!
Actually, this was a deliberate change in 4.3.0 and isn't a bug. It allows you to use + and - after a completed At mode command.
Here is from the Release Notes for 4.3.0:
In At mode, + and - are used to add or subtract a channel to/from the selection.
+ # adds a channel.
- # subtracts a channel.
Because this is a part of the way at mode works (you should always be able to add/subtract channels), +/- cannot be used for stepping through channels anymore.
