Where do you see the 6% level? Is it in the Live tab or somewhere else?

If it's in the Live tab, what colour is the level number? (Yellow, White, Red etc) - it could be that you've got some fixtures on a Master that's slightly above zero.

Is there a "D" or "E" showing inside the channel box? These would denote that an Effect is running on the channel that could be giving the level.

Can you attach a showfile that has the issue?

Hey Richard - It is in the Live tab.  The number is white and there are no letters in the box.   It looks normal.  How do you get a showfile?

in the Browser, Under File - you can save the current show data -Showfile- to a usb stick. then you can post that file here to the

forum, and we can look at the showfile and see whats up.

When you select these channels, what letters appear in the selection box in the upper-right corner? Is it AB or IN or RE? If it shows IN, then there is an independent fader sitting slightly above 0%, if it says RE, then a remote control of some kind has set the level for these channels. Clearing the remote field will remove the levels.
