Yes, assuming that the source and target show have a sufficiently similar patch.

The Import Wizard can import most parts of a show into another.

Open the 'target' show, then use [Browser] File > Import to import the bits you need.

There are a couple of important options though - you may need to Offset the Sequence you import (so that it doesn't overwrite an existing sequence in your show), and you may also want a Preset Offset so that the imported Preset Numbers don't overwrite existing ones as well.
