Can't find operating system

Just turned on my Congo tonight with this error before the start-up screen...

Black screen under with

Can't Find Operating System

on upper left side of screen

Any ideas?

did you try and reboot it after that? was it the same screen. appears there is a problem with the communication to the main memory area. where is this console located? its best to get this console in for repairs either to your dealer or ETC directly.

Tried re-booting several times; including unplugging and plugging back in. No USB devices are plugged in. Console is located in Long Beach, Ca

I opened it up and the large cable was unplugged. Plugging it back in and restarting didn't work though.
