VGA screen 2 on Congo Jr

Hello,

I am posting this on behalf of someone else who has a jr, who asked me for help but i cant think what it could be.

When he powers up his Jr, screen 2 (which he has his live page on) doesnt boot up and stays on the blank brown page which comes up in start up. he is running v5, he has tried the usual troubleshooting like swapping monitors, and cables etc but its always the same on screen 2.

Any thoughts/suggestions for him would be great!

Hi Claire,

what do you mean the blank brown screen? When the console boots up first, before

it goes into the Congo application, does he see the grey Congo wallpaper

on the screen? When he goes into Settings at the Shell, can he Identify the

Monitor there as the 2nd Monitor?
