set the first channel to a level the hold C/Alt and use the +/- keys to move through the rig when you release C/Alt the currently selected channel will go back to it's original level.

This is also really useful for falshing channels out of a state so you don''t blind the cast.

My personal favourite way to do this is to turn Highlight on, select a single channel and then hit + and - to step through the channels of interest.

Highlight works for everything - not just moving lights!
