Congo Client and Vista

Has there been any testing of the Congo Client software on Windows Vista? We're looking at some new computers for our office and it's getting harder to find PCs that ship with XP. We would probably only be using the Offline portion of the program at our desks.

Yes, we are actively testing all of our new software on Vista machines. Unfortunately, we are getting mixed results. At this time, we do not recommend using Vista with Congo. I am sure that when we can make a recommendation about Vista, we will. Stay tuned...

I know Dell are still offering a 'Downgrade to XP' option (and a Linux option!), and I believe that the vast majority of suppliers can pre-install XP as well.
You'll probably need to phone your supplier though, as XP is quickly disappearing from the 'online' visible stock.

Good to know. Just looking for more reason to get XP when I'm encouraged to get the cheaper Vista Machine.
