Is there any way to get rid of the P: in front of the preset text that is in the text column of the main playback?

Yes it is.

The "P:" indicates that you named the PRESET, so if you give text to the Seq. Step instead the "P:" will disappear.

I suggest to the congo software team that in the Setup settings it is possible to toggle between the preset text or the sequence text being shown in the main playback. Which version being selected would then be shown at the top of the text column in the main playback.
