Highlight and 123 keys

Couple of questions / requests:

Is it possible to delete a page on the 1 2 3 U keys to bypass a keystroke having to jump over an emply page?

Is it possible to set up a custom Highlight when working with a moving light, for instance, no colour, no gobo, iris at its smallest in focus.  I find it hard focusing moving lights with large zoom range using Highlight as the beam tends to cover large part of the stage.

Thanks,
Orri

  • You can edit the Highlight settings for a given fixture type to however you like - these are part of the Template.

In the Standard Library we've tried to make the Highlight beam a sensible size, but if you find any that seem too big, let us know which values would be more sensible and we can update them for a later release.

  • You can edit the parameter pages for the Ux keys to contain any combination of paramerters that you want. This might help you to get rid of the empty pages.

Hold MODIFY and press one of the parameter buttons on a Ux page to open the editor for this.

  • I did not realise that you could edit it which is brilliant.

  • I find the Ux keys one of the smarter things on the Congo.  What I like is to load the most used parameters on 1 or 2 pages.  Therefore I usually have the third page free.  To eliminate the need to step through an empty page it would be good if I could delete the third page althogether.

Also, it would be brilliant if different types of fixtures could have their own Ux key set up.  For instance Catalyst would have one set and moving head profiles another.

    Thanks,
