trigger subD15 on congo

Question

hello 
 I need to use a footswitch to control a level of one channel I have got a footswith, I have connect it to subD15 and I can control master 40 but when I press first master 40 will switch on but when I release it, master stay ON, and I must press a second time to switch off master 40. I need to have my external footswitch like flash of master 40. Is there any solution ? 
 I control electric engine with congo And I want a security with footswitch, better than maintain a flash button ! I need 2 hands for lights.

Hi, 
 The external trigger can only toggle the master on/off. 
 If you want to have external control with a flash button behavior, I think the only way is to connect some kind of MIDI device that can send the MIDI codes for the flash button.
