I'm currently in the process of updating our venues Congo and Congo Jrs to Software Version 6.04 from 6.03. However I am struggling to install the accompanying firmware update on our Congo Jrs as I cannot access the "diagnosis mode" in order to allow firmware updates for the face panel.
I have been following the supplied instructions, ie holding down the ? key during start-up and then pressing it repeatedly after opening up a Windows explorer, however whilst this has been succesful with the big Congo the Jrs are not behaving in the same way. Where the instructions say that the Congo logo should disappear and "entering diagnosis mode" should be displayed this does not happen.
Am I missing something? I have searched the forums but to no avail!
Hope someone who has had this problem can suggest a solution, it would be greatly appreciated!
FYI the Jrs we have are on OS r7.8 and Congo Settings Version 1.0.0.9.0.43 and had their last firmware update when we updated to 6.03.
