potential bug

I have tried this here but cannot reproduce.

Do you have the Live Attributes tab focused and do changes that are updated by pressing UPDATE?

Is it always this way? Is there a special situation?

Exactly.  I have not noticed this before but it does it consistently on the show file I am using at the moment.

I am in say preset 5.  Focus on Live tab, select devices, Live tab show attributes for selected devices, make attribute changes and press Update.  The preset text for preset 5 that is active in A disappears (also in the preset list).

Now I see why I couldn't reproduce this. I was running with a beta version of v6.1 where this problem is fixed.

If I run with the official version, I get the same result as you.

So the good news is that this is already fixed in the upcoming version.
