selecting multible groups and effects

Here's an example of selecting multiple channels, groups and effects:

[1] [GROUP] selects group 1

[5] [GROUP]&[+] (press and hold GROUP then press +) will add group 5 to the current selection

[1][0] [+] adds channel 10 to the current selection

[2][1] [EFFECT]&[+] adds effect playback 21 to the current selection

Same thing works for [-] and [THRU] - to use these to mix types, just press and hold the type of thing you're selecting then press [+], [-] or [THRU].
