solo. Congo Jr with Master Wing. v6.0.2

Hi. I want to flash a couple of lights up on a master and switch off the contents of the main playback. I've recorded a preset with my lights in and put it on a master. Turned the master to Solo. This only solo's other masters etc and not the main playback. Is there a simple way to solo the Main Playback? I guess I could write a macro to mute the Main Playback + flash preset and then a return to state macro as well.

Any thoughts gratefully received.

  • Solo Masters don't affect the Main Playback by design.

You can just move the Sequence that's currently on Main Playback onto any unused Master then Connect it to the main controls.
    - On Congo Console there is a dedicated Master Playback set, on Congo Jr you can connect to the main controls instead.

Hold [Connect] and hit the Master Key for the new Sequence Master, then ensure that fader is at 100%.
    - This opens a new Playback tab, so close that tab to disconnect.
