crash problem

 

hello  a client who is using a CONGO JR console last friday during a LIVE show (TV SHOW) who programmed some lights on fader wing suddenly realized the console just showed on two screens CONGO message, the only way to come back was turning the console off.

I installed the same version V5.1 but problem continues, last week it happened two times.

What could be the problem.

  • When you load the console now, you get the same error on your console correct?

    Do you get an error message with a Source 4 Fixture Picture, and request to email LOGS?

    If so, can you save these files to a usb stick and email to us congo (at) etcconnect.com .

    Can you load the congo application and start a new show with no problems?
