Congo Error!

Good afternoon, 

My name is Rui Cunha and I'm a light technician from Teatro Viriato in Viseu, Portugal. We bought an Avab Congo at 3 years ago, with the Serial 7310ª2828677R - NA 450005041 and since then some errors apear. She was shipped to England.

The last error just crashes the desk and only the trackball works; the dmx "dies" and sometimes deletes all the show. (Picture below)

Any solution for this problem?
