Negative offset in import wizard?

Is there any way to apply a negative offset to items being imported via the import wizard?

In other words, if I am importing color pallets 81-90 from an old show, is there any way to import them as 1-9 in the new one?

Thanks for the quick response - seems like this could be a handy feature considering copy/paste doesn't work with pallets.

This would also be very handy for presets. So could only import a part of an existing show into a new file and start the presets with 1.0.

Or is there an easy way to renumber presets?
