Could someone please remind me how to assign a channel time into a crossfade?

Select the channel(s). Type the desired channel time (e.g. 1 second), press and hold Channel, and press Time. Put a text on this time if you'd like.
In the Playback tab, you'll see the number of channel times, and when it is playing back, you'll see their individual counts.
