First test of Congo Kid, and nothing ignites

Hi,

I just receive ETC Congo Kid few days ago and i m not able to switch on any conventional light.

Light receive DMX (led blinking on the device). I do a patch 1:1 and i select all channel in the output window to set them at full with the scroller. Every channel shows value 255 but nothing switch on.

Hi there -

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

Please check the following:

Is your grand master fader up?

Is the switch above your grand master fader set to B.O. (blackout) or Freeze?

Hi,

We call ETC by phone to solve this problem and the problem was that i have to start the congo console in Server mode and not in Editor mode.

It's not evident, but when you know that, you can find it logical.
