Main displays`s Congo

Hello all I got a Congo Jr console with a next issue: during operation the console does not show nothing on main display, I am not sure if could be the power which produces this sort of problem.

When do you recomend to reinstall the version software?

do u mean the lcd on the facepanel or the external vga/dvi monitor?

if the external , is it vga or dvi?

is this a new console? how did u connect the monitor to the console? with a splitter adapter or directly?

Does the LCD show anything at start up?

It should show "Congo" or "Congo jr" when you first turn on the console, then go black when you get to the Welcome screen.

If it is blank all the time, then you may have a faulty LCD or bad connections to the LCD, so get in touch with your local ETC dealer or ETC Inc directly.

It sounds like this might need to come in for service. Can you contact Technical support at Service@etcconnect.com?

They can work with you to determine if we can send you parts or if we need to get the unit back for service.
