Moving Device Dock in Offline Editor

Hey .. I've done it before but can't remember where I found out how to do it.

What key seq in the Offline brings up the Dock ???

Hi on the UK keys its HOLD F11 then press F12 (Hold setup then browser)
Have a great new year and hope people keep using this forum for hints and tips this year.
