Times changing on their own.

We've recently discovered a problem with timings.

 It seems that fade times are being changed either in the wrong sequence step or on their own somehow.  We don't have much info yet but times have been wrong for a couple of shows now.  It seems that most often the timing information is being lost and defaulting to zero. (We have our default time set to zero as a way to get true zero counts)

 I've printed a hard copy of the sequence so we can keep better track of exactly what's happening.

 Is anyone else seeing anything similar?

I'll send the show file off and post updates as we narrow down the circumstances.

  • If you hit the [Time] key it will always assign the current number to the step in A/B (depending on setting).
    With no number (eg having hit [C/ALT]), it will return to the default time.

    This seems likely to be a case of accidentally hitting the Time key - maybe when trying for [7] as it's relatively close by!

    That does seem possible.

    We're currently programming on the client using X-keys so it's pretty possible that keystrokes are a little off.  We're also using [Modify]+[Time] a lot, maybe the modify key isn't getting pressed fully every time.
