Hi all,
in the Sequence List in the Mode column, there is a new option "S". What does this do? I didn't find anything in the manual.
Thanks,
Mario

Hi Mario,
S stands for Split Crossfade. Normally, when you make a crossfade from a level in A to the new level in B, the system makes sure that the level changes in a smooth way, fading directly from the level in A to the B level regardless of how the A and B faders are moved. However, due to this logic, you cannot force a blackout by setting both A and B faders to 0%. If you want to be able to fade out the A content to a blackout by taking the A fader to 0 (like you could on old analog lighting desks), you can use Split mode to turn off the smoothing logic.
