Couple of requests

Few requests for future updates:

1) Being able to print track list for selected channels

2) Being able to print preset list per sequence

3) Adding a column in the Preset list showing what sequences the presets are used in (blank for none)

4) Being able to delete (in the Delete Wizard) all presets not being used in sequences
