Hi there,
The Eos family currently only supports a limited number of touchscreen options, including Elo's Accutouch technology and an older technology made by TouchKit that is no longer available. Other touchscreens require different drivers to be installed on the console. This is not a supported option, as it has not been tested and verified here, and there may be unforeseen interaction between the driver and the console software. If you do have more questions about this, please feel free to contact your nearest ETC office for more information.

I know this is a bummer for you if you already have incompatible monitors. I hope that you didn't buy them, & if so, I hope you can return them.
I got my latest elo Accutouch monitors( I use the elo model 1928L, medical) for $750 each. I noticed a user in Brooklyn got them for $650. He may have bought his later than mine. Or maybe I just didn't find the lowest price!?! Price has surely come down IMO, since My first 2 where MSRP over $800 in 2007-8.
I understand it is a lot more money than others, but I as well as many I know of, think the touchscreens are so helpful in speeding up programming-even without movers.
Good Luck.
