Osc clearing commandline.

Question

Is it a poor setup on my part, or whenever I receive a osc fire from qlab it clears my command line unless I switch to a differed user expected?

unless you fire a macro, everything you do is expected to land in the command line of the consoles current user ID. 
do you mean it clears an unterminated pre-existing command line in the console?
