New Fixture Request - Elumin8 Kudos 350ZS

Perhaps a bit of a challenge.

 

This unit has 360 P&T, LED Backlight (Aura Ish) and loads of cool macros. Could we have all modes added into EOS ready for some programming fun!?

  • Just wanted to draw some attention to this, as I've encountered some real issues with this unit on ETC doing random things like Position Reset and Flashing.

    I have asked the manufacturer to look into this and we can only re-produce it on an ETC Desk (Fine on Chamsys and Avo) but it's SO SPORADIC and can't be called on 'cue' (Cue stack joke...)

    Could this profile just be double checked with the current manual that everything lines up please?

    For the record, we have tried the usual turning off RDM and changing the rate of the streams too.

    I'd be happy to test this profile out for you, but as we do not have the fixture I believe the most helpful testing will be done between you and ETC Technical Support over the phone while in front of your equipment. I've created notification 300773947 in reference to this issue, so if you call in to technical support my colleagues will also be able to reference these notes.
