You can do it yourself.

The docs say you can DIY but I haven't seen the sofware available for download, I might have missed it or maybe a call to tech services is in order.

While you can indeed DIY, we haven't put it on the website because there are a few ways an upgrade can go wrong, and unless you're one of the people who's very confident with Sensor+ it's usually best to do the upgrade while someone from tech support is on (or near) the phone, ready to help if required.

So get in touch and we'll sort out the best way to get you upgraded. The update file is a little under 4MB, so can usually be emailed.

Greg, please call tech serve in Madison.  They can get you going.  Or you can call the LA office, and have one of the guys there come down to help.  Your choice!

yes it is June, i was going to ask the same question as the clowns are now drinking the beer i got to celebrate the release.

Hi all... currently targeting June 18th.  Sorry this is pushing out, but 1.5 is entering new territory here with RDM device config and management, as well as the way we are using streaming ACN....  so, we are working through some details related to both of these.
