put the cue number below that line you want on the command line and do not hit enter. Do not complete that command. Pick the Attributes bottom right of screen then pick what you want: Scene or notes. Scene would be the green bar and notes are with each cue. If you just want a green bar then don't enter any text. I hope this is correct.
So in your screen shot to remove that green bar you would type cue18 and do not use enter. With cue 18 on the command line pick Attributes, bottom right and pick scene. That would then remove what you show. To add a bar do the same thing to a cue without.
