In our theater we have 10 Vivid r63 lights controlled on our EOS Ti. Recently, I noticed that 3 of the lights do not turn off properly whether they're faded out or set to off. They kind of have a ripple effect where parts of the lights turn off, and other parts stay on for as little as a couple seconds to over a minute after being turned off. I do not know if it's an issue with the light itself, or if there's some effect or something programmed into the light from our board.
The one thing noticeably different between the vivid r63s and our other lights is the display on the tombstone. There's a number in the bottom right hand corner of the intensity value as follows.
Could that be the issue? If so, what is that number, and how do we get rid of it? If not, what could be other issues for the lights not turning off properly?
