I have a programming that seems to be dead. The blue power led is flashing, about once a second. (USB green LED is solid when that’s plugged in) We called ETC support but the only remedy offered was to split the pin inside the wing’s power connection, and to get a new PSU. Neither worked, and we are still seeing the blinking blue power LED, solid green LED, and no power elsewhere.
possibly this should be an internal problem? User serviceable or send it in for repair?
