Is there a way to disable the X/Y/Z focus parameters if you are not planning to use them for a show? Like hide them or not show them in the live table view?

Title says everything. I am working with some MLs and seeing the XYZ position take up the limited screen space I have is very annoying if I'm not going to be using them at all for the show. Could I disable or hide these parameters in the live table view? Or globally?

You can't get rid of them from the ML Controls, but yes you can hide them from Live/Blind Table format and from Blind Spreadsheet format: 
 Hold down the [Data] key and click the parameters you want to add or remove in the CIA.
